Over my sessions with Fran I have been able to work through my issues in a way I feel safe and comfortable.  She made sure I was happy to talk about things and made sure that my coping mechanisms were in place and I was working to build them.  She has helped me so much with my mental health and I know I can cope on my own now as she has helped me develop my own toolbox! I am very grateful to her.
